Personal Volunteer Websites

Here are a few websites created by Peace Corps volunteers worldwide. I have selected these sites because they bear a close resemblance to the purpose mine was serving.

My point is that my use of the Internet to communicate with friends and family is neither unique nor limited to a few isolated cases. There are several hundred websites that were created by Peace Corps volunteers for the purpose of sharing their experiences with friends and family.

Continually adds material to the site as each piece is completed.

Artwork
By Stacy Elko. Though it takes time to load it is a great site to see original artwork depicting scenes from life in Morocco.

Bulgaria Buzz
The site of Skip and Carol Thompson.

Carol McCreary
Has assembled an excellent resource page for travel in Morocco particularly Marrakesh, the High Atlas and Essourira.  

Chantel Sloan
A teacher who lives in Samakov in western Bulgaria, presents My Adventures in Bulgaria with pictures, letters home, How you can help.

Daniel Theison
Wrote Tobabo Afelli (The Gambia's First Fishpond) about his experience.

David C. Theison
