Subject: Letter from WWF re: to PCT Jason Pearce Placement with that Organization.

Hi Earl,

I presume that by now you have received and read the correspondence from the Dr. Patrick Williams expressing his reservations with the placement of PCT Jason Pearce with the WWF local office. In the discussions I has with him on Monday 19th August 2002, he had voiced these concerns after he found out that Mr. Pearce had began communicating with a PCV in Suriname who is attached to WWF office in that country on WWF matters, without consulting with him. He felt that since this position would largely be an unsupervised one, he felt some discomfort with having Mr Pearce take up this offer.

With this new development, I regret to inform you that we man not be able to find a suitable site for PCT Jason Pearce at the present time especially in the light of his specific and expressed interest in working in an organization that develops web pages and/or small business development.
