This site will work and look better in a browser that supports web standards, but it is accessible to any browser or Internet device.
Jason Pearce strives to maintain a fully accessible site as described in Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act Amendments of 1998 and the Web Accessibility Guidelines. Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act Amendments mandates that federal agencies must ensure that all electronic and information technology purchased, maintained, or developed meets the accessibility standards established by the U.S. Access Board. Additionally Jason Pearce supports relevant WCAG 1.0 Priority 2 & 3 Checkpoints that he deems important to the successful use of his site to persons with or without disabilities.
Jason Pearce is obviously not a federal agency, nor is he required by law to comply with Section 508 or WCAG 1.0. Jason Pearce maintains accessibility as a courtesy to site visitors and as a way of making the general site navigation and usability easier. If a page cannot be made accessible Jason Pearce will work to make a text version available. If you have questions regarding Accessibility and Jason Pearce's website, please ask.
